4 minutes to hospitals with fenced yard

Nice Stay

Overall a pretty nice place! the previous tenant did not clean dishes and they were filthy, no one had looked in kitchen cabinets for awhile either and they were comparable. It was less than 1 mile from both hospitals, decent little neighborhood. The living room outlets don't have grounding plugs so I couldn't plug my computer in there. No A/C, but some nice portable units and it's MT so not really needed much. Worst part was a neighbor who was unapologetic about an extremely loud dog in the back yard that would bark directly at you. She would even open the door and try to get it to come inside so you knew she knew it was barking, just didn't bother to make it stop. Made the back yard uninhabitable unless she was out of town with her dogs.
