Susan is a wonderful host - truly a kind soul. I always enjoyed chatting with her and sharing her space. She has 3 very friendly who were fun to have around, too. The space itself is very spacious and well maintained. Nice finishes and a steam shower. The neighborhood is quite nice, and has a Sprouts within walking distance. About 20-25 minutes to Downtown/Cap Hill by car. Also near lots of fun restaurants on Tennyson Street. Overall great experience and landlord - highly recommended.

Convenience, convenience, convenience!

The space is very well lit and had everything I needed when I was in the home. The gym was a few minutes walk, grocery stores were one block away, and Tennyson was around 7min! So many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. Host was always very attentive about improvements or suggestions. Loved the space.

A very nice basement space in a great location

This was a wonderful property for me. Considering the space is a basement, it's pretty light and S's decorating really helps. It's walking distance to a grocery store, many great restaurants, and a lot of cool retail stores. Also, it was easy to hook up charging for my plugin hybrid too. Finally, I found S to be a excellent host - friendly and easy going. I think the main downside to the property is that it doesn't have a separate entrance. It wasn't a problem for me in any way, but it might be for some people.

I couldnt recommend this place enough. S is an amazing house mate, always made sure I had everything I needed. She made me feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed. She also made all my guests feel welcomed. The house is located in an amazing part of Denver, so many things to do around & very walkable. The cohousing community concept is very cool, and everyone is so nice. S cats are the sweetest cats youll meet, they want all the love & affection. If youre thinking about staying here, DO IT ! I called the space my little cave. It was so cozy & I definitely felt like I had my own privacy & space.

S was such a great host! She went above and beyond to make you feel welcome and get you anything you needed. I cannot recommend her enough. The location of this place also is superb. Super close to downtown, and the rest of Denver. There are stores, a gym, and public transit all within walking distance. The house was super clean, and always felt like I had my own space. I always felt welcome to use the shared spaces and they were always clean as well. Not only is S a great host she is also a great roommate.
