Best overall experience ever

Best overall room rental experience in my 14 years of being a healthcare traveler. Everything I needed plus more at a reasonable price. No surprises, everything as described. Fairly quiet neighborhood, very clean house inside and out, driveway parking unless all three rooms rented, safe and secure. I loved the Margaritaville room, unique decor, spacious, plenty of dresser and closet space AND my own bathroom! The landlords son in law was very responsive to any needs. Him and his wife are friendly. Just one thing, when driving up the street for the first time watch for a newly painted green house and not the light tan pictured house in the ad. I also recommend this place to any traveling professional 10/10

Great Home Away from Home

Was looking for a place that I could call home for the 4 months I was in Havasu for work, and this place is it! The owner and her daughter/son in law were so respectful and considerate of space, privacy, and making you feel comfortable by talking to and including you in anything they may have been doing. The house was always quiet, the neighborhood was cozy and close to the major highway, grocery stores, and a few food places in town. This room contained a private bathroom and you have full access to the kitchen, washer, dryer, and pool. The owners daughter and son in law live in the back of the house in a casita type of ordeal and never came into the main part of the house unless requested, so privacy was top tier! I recommend this place to any traveling professional 10/10.
