My friend and I are travel nurses and have rented through furnished finder for years and this is the first time we have been completely ghosted by a landlord after moving out. No itemized statement outlining any damages and no return of a $3750 security deposit 4 months after moving out and multiple attempts on our part to make contact. Do not rent from Alice unless you want to be robbed of your money. Not to mention the neighborhood and parking conditions are undesirable, the neighborhood is very loud making it hard for shift workers to get any sleep. 0/10 recommend.
