Great first floor location, very close to local hospitals. Worked night shift while staying here and house was quiet during the day to grab sleep. Lots to do nearby. Never had any issues during stay, locked myself out on accident my last week and Jennies brother who lives nearby got me back in within a half hour.

SAFE AND COZY

Amazing property and landlord! It is a big beautiful house located in a safe area, and had all the amenities I needed, including a washer and dryer which was very helpful. The landlord was so sweet and professional, the process was quick and seamless too. There is also a driveway to use which helps so much with any street parking. I would definitely recommend anyone staying there.

Stayed here as a travel nurse for months. Great quiet space in a good neighborhood Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Owner is friendly and helpful.

Amazing place!

This apartment has it all! It is about 7 minutes to BGMC You have a place to safely park your car. The neighborhood is a wonderful family oriented, safe place with walkability to numerous restaurants. Close to grocery stores and anything you may need. The apartment was clean and had a very comforting aura surrounding it. It has great vibes! There is everything that you need in a travel situation. All linens, kitchenware, coffee pot, full size refrigerator, full kitchen. Bed is firm and very comfortable. Washer and dryer in the basement. It is definitely a home away from home. The landlord, Jennie, is an amazing person whom I now consider a good friend! She was responsive to anything that was needed and made sure I was comfy. We had many chats on the front porch just hanging out. I had a situation where my husband was in ICU in Phoenix. Her brother took me to airport, I left everything behind. I felt comfortable leaving my car keys with her. Best place ever! I'll be back!
