A Year in a Cozy Guesthouse

After a full year, both the hosts and this guesthouse has been great! The hosts of this property were very accommodating, with plenty of recommendations for nearby activities and solutions for any issues that popped up over the stay. There was never a day of worry or anxiety while staying here. This property is within walking distance to The Britt-a summer music festival (highly recommended!) and all of the downtown restaurants. It has a great view of Medford to Central Point and the vineyards in Jacksonville from the small deck off the bedroom. It was great sitting outside and viewing the lights from the town after the sun went down. All of the wood cabinets and paneling are custom joined redwood, and this is probably the best and only example you'll ever see! It's very safe within a gated yard and the only thing to startle you is the substantial wildlife around town. Jacksonville likely has more deer than people, and they somehow find their way inside the fence all year round.
