I rented this unit for 3 months with my dog and couldn't be happier. The perfect location in a relaxing part of Nob Hill allows for a 5-10 min. drive to anywhere you'd need to go. Sprouts grocery, a fenced in dog park, Central Ave, and more are all within walking distance. You can get to UNMH or Presbyterian hospital by bike or a less than 10 min. drive, making it ideal for travel nurses, such as myself. There are even blackout curtains for the night-shifters to sleep peacefully during the day. The unit itself is perfectly temperature regulated during the spring time and comes equipped with a very effective heater and swamp cooler system for the other seasons. Step out the front door to a breath-taking view of the Sandia Mountains. The neighborhood is very welcoming and peaceful. The unit also has a laundry station and is thoughtfully furnished with everything you could need. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in ABQ!
My husband and I stayed in this Nob Hill apartment for a little over two months with our two cats, and it was perfect for us! We loved living in Nob Hill. The apartment is in walking distance to Central Ave restaurants, High & Dry Brewery (which offers a rotation of food trucks), a school yard and dog park for morning and evening walks, and only a 10 minute bike ride to UNM. The apartment itself is well designed and thought out with a well-stocked kitchen, a full stack of towels, and full bedding. The swamp cooler was excellent on hot summer days, and the shared laundry machines were easy and available to use. We used the second bedroom as an office, and the provided desk served as a effective work surface. In short, our stay in Nob Hill was comfortable, convenient, and suited to our needs -- we highly recommend it!

My family lives just a few blocks from the furnished apartments in Nob Hill. I'm a big fan of Nob Hill's varied restaurants, local businesses, and historic mid-century architecture. In our free time we enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, gardening, and travel.
