Great stay!

This was my first time renting short term for a travel work assignment & everything went very well. The house was very clean, other tenants were very quiet and respectful and it was in a great location. I would recommend this room to anyone looking for a short term rental. Sam and Alik were very responsive with any needs & were great at communicating things going on at the property.

Great Buffalo Apartment

I had a great experience staying in this apartment. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. Alik and Samantha are very strong communicators and will address any problem you may have in a timely manner. The commute to the trauma center (ECMC) was just over 5 minutes in the morning. I would highly recommend staying in this space if you are in the Buffalo area.

Close to hospitals, well kept, and very responsive.

I stayed for a month as a rotating student in the Blue Room. The room was spacious compared to the others and included a private full bathroom, which was convenientespecially if youre sharing the house with both male and female roommates. (I received a general heads-up about new roommates the day before they moved in, which was helpful - no details, but everyone was connected to healthcare in someways). The neighborhood is a bit older, but the house itself was well kept and generally very quiet, with only some minor street noise. Street parking was always available, and the landlords were very responsive over text. The location was excellent for my rotation. Buffalo General Hospital (BGH) was just a 78 minute drive in the morning, and Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) appeared to be about the same distance.

Perfect location and clean

I stayed here for three months while on contract. I was 1.2 miles from work which was perfect. Great location to multiple hospitals. One of the cleanest properties you will find. Landlords were extremely responsive and kind! There is a bit of street noise through the windows and you never know who will be staying until the night before, but for the price and location you can't beat it. Pros: Price, location, cleanliness, landlord responsiveness, plenty of street parking, let me do month to month in case my contract got cancelled. Cons: Street noise, roommates can be men or women and you don't find out until night before.

Overall great

I lived in the green room from Jun-Aug and I had a great experience. The landlords are great with communicating everything and always quick to help. The green room is very cosy and I enjoyed my stay.

I've had a wonderful experience living there. The property is well-maintained, clean, quiet with modern kitchen appliances. The location was very near my work assignment, it made it very convenient. Owners are also very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay!

My stay was great! Just a 5 min drive to sisters of charity hospital, has all the amenities you need and most importantly Sam and Alik were amazing host! Very responsive to any needs (very little) and kindest souls you will meet. Thank you for your accommodations:)

I liked this place because it was very close to work, modern, clean and had everything I needed and much more. Wouldn't mind staying here again. Landlords were extremely responsive to all my requests on a timely manner.

Amazing Find!!!

This was my first time renting a room as a travel nurse and I was so impressed. The property was beautiful and clean. The landlords went out of their way to make sure tenants felt safe and comfortable. Im going to miss the experience and can only hope that my figure stays will come close to this gem.

I was bless to stay in this beautiful home from 09/10-11/10/24. It by far the cleanest, well equip house; I have rented ever. The house had all the kitchen supplies and more. S&A were the most attentive, and respectful land lords I have meet. Both respond to my needs, no matter how small or big, they address them on a timely manner. I worked night shift at Bufallo General, the house was very quite all the time. It more than a 5 Star rating. 100% rent from them; when ever I return to the Buffalo area. thank you so much for giving me the best stay ever. Peace to you both. Haja

Amazing stay

I stayed here for 2 months as I was waiting for my lease to start near Buffalo general hospital and would highly recommend it. The entire house was very clean and all I had to bring was my clothes. I barely saw anyone else in the house as everyone had different starting shifts. The rooms were equipped with lots of storage space and a tv. Everyone was very accommodating and had great communication

Awesome stay!

Had an amazing stay, felt safe and at home. A&S are very thoughtful and communicative. The property is clean and homey, has everything you need especially for Travel Health Care workers like me. Close to everything and theres ample street parking spaces.

One of the best Furnished finder in Buffalo that I have ever stayed. Alik and Sam are wonderful caring host. They are there when you need them. The neighborhood the area is safe, quiet. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities. There shopping places nearby. Room, bathroom, and common areas were all clean and well maintained. 5 Stars all around!!! I would definitely return if Im in the area!!! Definitely recommended this furnished finder!!!

Home away from home

Nice place, nice place, nice place. I enjoyed my stay at this place. The place felt like home away from home. It was clean and cozy. It was quite especially after working night shift. This is a good place to rent especially if you are a traveler and want to have peaceful sleep. The owners, S and A, are awesome. Answer all calls and text messages promptly. All issues were fixed quickly. I will sure rent again at this place if I go back to Buffalo.

Very nice space

Landlords are good people and did well to create a very homey environment in the home. The home also has a very spacious and modern feel. Definitely a nice place to stay while on contract!

Perfect spot. Amazing hosts!

S was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions, very easy & flexible to communicate with which was extremely helpful considering night shift traveler. Personnel touches were very thoughtful. All necessities available- washer/drier is a must for me and always readily to use. The space was very clean throughout the house. Other guests in the house friendly & now new friends. Highly recommended !! Likely to return and will no doubt stay here again :-)

The place is very clean and well kept. The best thing about this place is the owner, she is very nice and always there for anything needed. She is very hands on and always open to have conversations about anything we need. I will do my best to book the place again if I ever get to go back to Buffalo. Great place with amazing owner.

Perfect Stay for a Buffalo assignment

Great experience!! Clean property, with comfty well designed room. Quick drive to the hospital. Quiet neighborhoods, I was worrisome because I am also in school online and have to take exams, but the enviroment was quiet and wifi was fast and reliable. 5min drive to the all the best bars and restaurants in the city. Landlords are very responsive and down to earth. 10/10. Will definitely be staying here again when traveling back to Buffalo for another contract.

Beautiful place and great hosts!!!!

This property is amazing and absolutely beautiful! I originally booked because I loved the coffee bar and it was so worth it. I used it every morning before work. The unit is in a comfortable neighborhood extremely close to the hospital. They have everything you need for a longer stay, which helped me a lot while I was there. They were so nice and very responsive with any questions I had! They also left me a cute personalized mug with my name on it which they did not have to do! I will definitely be recommending them to any travelers heading to the area.
