Property Review
Property is exactly as pictured located in the attic of an attorneys office (owner). This proved to not be an issue at all in regards to noise. Additionally there are a lot of cameras surrounding the property to ensure safety. Parking is designated for tenants (& guests) on the property which is extremely convenient but there are trees located right above which often results in bird poop & frequent car washes. The property location is great and theres a lot to do in surrounding areas. The host was friendly, incredibly attentive & responsive. Not sure how he manages to multitask the way he does but he does a great job. Lastly the place was comfortable and cozy with every amenity you could possibly think of. My roommate and I barely had to buy any house products besides toilet paper & paper towel. We had a great 1st travel experience overall here and would highly recommend this place!
5 Stars
Host was very helpful and easy to reach when needed. The place is clean, well-maintained, and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

Landlord: Genial, generous, understanding, accommodating. Location: Just on the cusp of West Hartford, nestled in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, with ready access to nearby Elizabeth Park. Within minutes from several area hospitals (myself and my partner worked at Hartford Hospital, and this consisted of a 10-15 minute drive, depending on traffic). Amenities: No exhaustive list necessary--nothing was left out. I can count on one hand the household items we purchased during our stay, and these were all out of preference, not necessity. Overall: If you want a stress-free short-term rental experience (and trust me, they are not all this way), strongly consider this property and landlord in your search. If we had to do it again, we would go with this property. We signed the lease sight-unseen, and the landlord was very patient, communicative, and understanding with us throughout the process. You will be well taken care of, and the only thing you'll have to worry about is that darn job.
