Great Place

This has been the perfect little place for me the last few months! Great location, clean and quiet space, and Phil was great to rent from! Absolutely recommend this place. :)

phil was friendly, attentive, and a great communicator. the living space was perfect for what I needed, and in a safe neighborhood. It has plenty of sunlight and a peaceful vibe. Theres a cute, beautiful park right across the street and another one within walking distance. This area is great for biking, and within proximity to the farmers market and downtown st. johns. The bus is also a few blocks away, so you can easily get downtown portland or the airport.

Excellent Set Up

Phil was an incredible landlord. He is very attentive and responds quickly to any requests you may have and respects your space. The unit itself is very clean and comes equipped with everything you may need. The AC unit cools the place great and the heater keeps it warm in the winter. The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. You will have no issue whatsoever parking and keeping your vehicle safe. 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay!

As a travel RN new to Oregon, I could not have felt any more welcome than I did staying in this cozy apartment. Phil was a great host who was very attentive to my needs, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was great and I was always inspired to go outside for a walk or jog with its close proximity to the park and university. Phil has also been in the area for some time and was a great resource for finding new places to shop/eat. It was a nice quiet environment, and as a night shift RN I had no issue sleeping during the day. Im very glad that I found this place and met Phil and family who gave me such a warm welcome to Oregon. Highly recommend!
