Springfield Home

This house was good for my friend and I traveling for work! It is minutes away from Springfield Memorial Hospital and close to all shopping. Neighbors are very nice and the area is safe too I walked my dog around the surrounding streets. The backyard is large and fenced and was perfect for my dog. The house included everything we needed! Large smart tv in the living room and big bedrooms with lots of space in the closets. Third room we used as storage. Downstairs had another couch and large laundry room. One of us parked in the garage and the other on the street in the cul de sac which was no problem.

Nice House, Fenced Yard for Dog, Safe Neighborhood

This is a nice, three bedroom house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Fenced yard is large. Close to all shopping and restaurants on Springfield's west side. Also, it's just off of Washington St., which takes you straight into downtown. The landlord is nice and responsive to any issues that may arise. Basement has a large family room and a washer and dryer in the utility room. All appliances are in good working order, and there is a large Smart TV in the living room.

Great House and Landlord

Nice home in a great neighborhood. Good for kids and yard was amazing for our dogs. Landlord had everything we needed for our stay there and was very understanding and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Hated we had to leave.
