Absolutely perfect!

I just about cried when I had to leave this property. Bridget has done such an amazing job with the unit and was such a pleasant landlord. The property couldn't have been in a better location, walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. Also a quick drive to Sunset Cliffs, where I went every night. I'm counting down the days until I get to come back. Highly recommend!!

Cozy Cottage By The Beach

Bs was a respectful & helpful host & her cottage had everything I needed for my month long stay in OB. I loved how close it was to Dog Beach & other OB amenities.

B'S Studio was perfect for my dog and I! The pictures are exactly as the place looks; clean, lots of natural light (but with hefty shades for those like me that work night shift), and constructed intentionally/thoughtfully. B'S garden area -- which you can tell she works hard on maintaining -- is a nice place to drink coffee and enjoy the OB sun. The amenities too are new; parking was never been an issue, all around I feel lucky to have scored this place. I definitely recommend renting from B, she's been wonderful to get to know, and she puts a lot of thought into her home and wants the best for her renters also. My only regret is not living here full time :-)
