Great area, sad ending
Great area. Very convenient. Long term renters should be aware the kitchen is directly above the main bedroom and the owner LOVES to vacuum even after quiet times that are listed. As mentioned in their description they are a family with 4 kids so it gets very noisy with little feet running and screaming. Very friendly owners but make sure you take plenty of before and after pictures of EVERYTHING or you will be charged for what most would consider normal wear and tear. Example: if your car leaks oil or previous stains on rugs. Don't assume owners are aware of any prior issues. Adorable place but renter beware.
