Stay away
The A/C doesn't work and would not get below 80 degrees during the summer months. The land lord refused to allow me to put in a window unit that I would have payed for. He claims all the windows are painted closed and can not be opened, (pretty sure that's a fire hazard ). There are rat traps throughout the house. The basement is a dirt floor and cockroaches come up through the wood floors at night. The land lord Alex Eidelzon now refuses to return the Deposit because he made up allocations of a trashed property. He is a thief and will take your money. Beware!!
