Modern Basement Apartment- Old Colorado City Neighborhood

10/10 property and hosts!

Katherine and Matt were absolutely great at communicating from the day I reached out with questions through the day I left! They made sure that everything was fully stocked from kitchen utensils, to cleaning supplies, and even bathroom basics which made the move so much easier on me. Since I was here in the winter, they made sure that the temperature was okay and they provided a fan and space heater that I used all the time! The backyard was the perfect little spot to get some sun on nice days and the location is the perfect walking distance to Old Colorado City! I always felt extremely safe here as a young woman staying by myself. I truly cannot say enough about how perfect my stay was!

Great place to rent!

I loved living here! It is in a great location and Matt and Katty are amazing. I would not even hesitate to rent this place.

Magical place

M and K are amazing beautiful human beings Me and my girlfriend lived in their property for few months the location is great the area is safe and the property has magical Vibes And M and K are the best landlords you can ever have they are super friendly thoughtful positive and supportive couple!

My Stay at the Modern Basement Apartment

M and K are wonderful hosts! Their Modern Apartment is just that. Very nicely updated and very modern. Spacious living area, incredible shower in the bathroom. Washer and Dryer in unit. They set up a nice workspace too. Kitchen has a bar to sit at that looks through to the living area. Nice big screen TV above the fireplace. I lived there for a month and was very comfortable and well pleased. Very close to Old Colorado City downtown. Only 2 miles from Colorado Springs downtown. Manitou Springs is right down the road and a blast to check out. Many restaurants, coffee shops and bars/breweries close by. It's a fantastic area, surrounded by plenty to do.
