Great place to Stay

Warm and inviting. The Owner Rhonda always went out of her way to make me feel comfortable . She was always willing to help out any way she could. Traveling and being away from friends and family for months at a time can be rough, but Rhonda made it easier for me. I was acually sad when I left. I will definitely hit her up if im ever in the Spokane area again. Her home is clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this listing.

A great place to stay if you're tall, very religious, and love dogs & cleaning.

The owner is warmhearted and friendly and her dog is a total sweetheart. Possible subclinical OCD & deafness. The place is clean and nice. Things I wish someone had told me: Sound: The owner constantly plays TV and music, sermons, with the door open and has no indoor voice. Scent: The house often smells like paint, chlorine, dog, or cinnamon. Kitchen: Zero pantry space. No storing things on counters. Small appliances kept dangerously high if you're below female-average height. SO much anxiety from owner (who doesn't cook) about perfectly safe, normal cooking actions. Bedroom: VERY tall bed. No outside lock. Owner behavior: 4-5 kids stay overnight often & you won't know when they, contractors, or her friends will be around. If everything isn't exactly to her liking you will hear about it and must fix it NOW no matter how sick, tired, or busy you are. Has been known to nag, threaten eviction, play roommates against each other. Lacks skills: distress tolerance, talking to adults.
