Great Rental Experience
I had a truly wonderful experience living at this property. The home was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to duke, UNC, shops, and wonderful local amenities. What really stood out was the landlords responsiveness and professionalism. They were always quick to address any questions or concerns, and it was clear they genuinely understood and cared about the needs of their tenants. Their knowledge and proactive approach made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Another highlight was the neighborhood communitythe neighbors were warm, friendly, and respectful, creating a welcoming and peaceful environment. Highly Recommend
I have been a traveler with the hospital system for the past 4 years, staying at this rental was one of the top rentals I've stayed at. I extended as many times as I could. Staying at C and E's house was clean, comfortable, quite, spacious and the neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood is great for walking, with grocery stores, gas and shopping close by. The house also has everything you need. If an issue arose, it was addressed promptly with fast communication. I would highly recommend staying here if you'll be in the area.

Beautiful Townhome! Perfect Location!
Very nice home located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to Duke, UNC, RDU. Food deliveries within minutes, Amazon same day! The owners were wonderful and obviously take great pride in providing guests a beautiful experience.

Beautiful Home! Close to EVERYTHING!
Beautiful property! The home has everything you could possibly need. The entire neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. The hosts were amazing! I definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodations in the Durham area.

Home away from home
This accomadation was a beautiful, peaceful townhome in a very safe neighborhood. This place had all the comforts of home from comfortable beds and a full kitchen to nice hot showers and internet TV. The pool was nice and the neighborhood had plenty of trails and sidewalks to walk my dog. There was a really neat farmer's market within walking distance and South Point mall was a short drive away. E was an excellent landlord. She was easy to reach with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the Durham/ Raleigh area.
