I had a great stay here for my 3 month long travel nurse contract. The space had everything one would need to feel comfortable and the host, Caroline, really goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and feel at home. The location is ideal and neighborhood felt very safe. The domain is just a short drive away as well as several major hospitals so it was a very short commute for me to get to work. The major plus is that this rental is dog friendly so you don't have to leave your furry friend behind! There are also several parks nearby so very nice if you have a dog. I would highly recommend this space to any travelling professional looking for a short term rental, and would not hesitate to stay here again if I find myself in need of a short term rental in the Austin area again.

Perfectly met my needs

I'm a business professional who lives in Houston and works in Austin. I needed a place to stay a few nights per week that was close to downtown Austin, private, safe, and comfortable. This recently renovated space fit my needs perfectly, and Caroline, the owner, was so gracious and hospitable. The bathroom is a real gem, with a spacious shower and tub, and a private toilet area. The kitchen/dining area has a door that I could close for additional privacy when on meetings; and all the amenities I needed to bring and store ingredients and cook my meals. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and more than enough storage space for hanging clothes and drawers and cubbies for folded clothes. I have seriously enjoyed my home away from home here. I would definitely stay here again, if needed, and I highly recommend this space for other traveling professionals.
