Good location, great landlord

The apartment itself is older and full of life & character. Was very clean and tidy. The highlight was definitely the landlord; Jimmy was very attentive and responsive to any issues and was very communicative throughout a rough winter storm. Would gladly rent this location and from Jimmy again.

Midtown gem!

I liked this place! Its just as pictured. Very clean! The location was perfect distance from the childrens hospital for work, and plenty of restaurants! Quiet day and night! Shared laundry kept clean. Street parking but no issues the two months I stayed there! Multiple A/C units, and wall heater units. The neighborhood felt fairly safe whenever I walked my dog. The host had perfect communication! No major issues at all during my stay. My only cons are the steps to the laundry are kind of steep, the shower is on the smaller side. & The heating isnt central heating so when leaving Id cut off the heating and have to wait for the place warm up when i got back. Overall this is somewhere Id stay again!

Responsive landlord, great for short term stay

Living in one of J's properties was overall a fantastic experience. There were a few issues early on, ranging from heating issues to electrical issues, and Jimmy was always as prompt as possible to get these addressed. Additionally, now that they have been addressed, I doubt these sort of things will creep up as often, but if they do, you can bet that there will be a swift response to alleviate any concern. The area was safe while I was there and I felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood during the day time. I enjoyed that J was easy to reach by text or email, and that rent was handled via Venmo. It was very convenient and perfect for my last semester of optometry school. Would recommend this living situation!

Highly recommend

This location was perfect. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. J provided all of the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. He responded to my texts quickly and addressed all needs right away. its the perfect location to be in. Its near most of the hospitals, downtown memphis and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be looking to stay here agin whenever im in memphis!

spacious and quiet

This rental is perfect location for travelers around medical district. Spacious, quiet, and host has installations for safety and security. Very good communications and responsive awesome host. Would have loved to stay but put in my notice to extend lease too late. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay

The owner responded very quickly to any inquiries I had and I had no major issues with the property. It also even has an active internet connection incase you want to buy your own internet while you are there. Dog friendly as well and has cameras on the outside of the building for safety.

Midtown

This was a cute apartment with a very spacious kitchen. It did get hot the first month I was there and before i could message he asked if i would be interested in a window unit. Very attentive host when you had questions or needed something. Overall a good stay

This property was a great place for me while I was in Memphis traveling for work. It was clean, very quiet, and spacious. The host J was very attentive and anytime I needed something he replied very quickly and was accommodating. Definitely recommend this place!!

Great place!

The place was great! Initially, it was just a little warm but the landlord fixed that by installing some A/C units right away. The landlord was very attentive and always answered my questions and concerns which in my opinion, is a big deal!

Absolutely amazing

This property is super clean, cozy, and quiet. Its located near EVERYTHING and was set up with all the necessities. Parking is convenient and the neighborhood is safe. Onsite laundry room is available as well. J is easy to communicate with and quickly responds to any concerns and takes care of anything you need. I am forever grateful for being able to stay here.
