Great place

We stayed at Lola's property for 9 months, and it was a great experience. First, the location is unbeatable. You can walk to many restaurants and breweries; great shopping is just a few miles away, and you can be at the beach fairly quickly. Plus, the area is very safe, and the neighbors are friendly. Lola is very responsive and helpful with anything that comes up and is always available to answer any questions. Great stay with a great landlord.

Perfect location

We stayed here for 5 months and we couldn't have had a better experience! The location is walking distance from so many restaurants and shops. It's also only about 15 min from the beach and 20 min from UCI hospital. Lola is a perfect host, she was so responsive and helpful whenever an issue came up. Would 100% recommend this property!!

We had an amazing stay at Lolas property! Its within walking distance of some great restaurants, coffee shops and breweries, which we took full advantage of. Its a less than 20 min to UCI medical center and just about 20 mins to the beach. Couldnt have asked for a better location!! Lola herself was an amazing landlord, who was super responsive and friendly.
