Greatest Landlords Ever

I have been staying with these Landlords for over a year now since I moved to Kingsport. They have gone so far over and above to accommodate my needs, it's just so rare to see this day and age. I don't think I could ever stay in a property not owned by them. They have gone so far above what is standard to help me, it's just extraordinary. They have great moral values, strong work ethic, and are so kind and pleasant. I was so fortunate to have been connected with them last year, it was and is the best part of moving here. You will not find better owners!

Great place

I had a wonderful time staying here. The landlord was very attentive and accommodating in moving in and out of the place. If you're ever visiting Johnson City, I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Landlord

My family and pup moved to the area recently and are waiting to close on our new home. I found Meemee a delight to work with during a very stressful time. She was very easy to work with and flexible when we asked to move in sooner and stay longer.

Lovely Home in Ideal Location

My husband and I stayed here for a month as our first home together. It was a wonderful experience with Johnson Citys top attractions only minutes away. The home has every amenity you could possibly need and the landlord was always very helpful in answering any questions with quick feedback. 10/10 experience.

Great Stay

I've really enjoyed living in this apartment! The space is comfortable, well-maintained, and feels like home. The only thing to note is that being on the bottom floor, you can sometimes hear the upstairs neighborsbut it's never been more than the usual apartment noise. What really sets this place apart is the landlord. They're incredibly attentive and responsiveusually getting back to me within minutes anytime I need something. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

I enjoyed my stay here. Owners were easy to reach out to for small fixes & requests. The property was just right and very convenient for me.
