Pet friendly with very nice host family! Safe location

I stayed in this basement for several months while on a travel contract in the area. It was very comfy and the host family is great. I was so thankful to find a place that was dog friendly for my (friendly!) german shepherd mix. The owners were super responsive to any needs and they were respectful of private spaces. I would say this place is best for a dayshifter because the house is nice & quiet at night. Bonus if you like kids and dogs because they live upstairs! :) The basement does not have a separate entrance, laundry is upstairs and the kitchenette is better for those who don't do a ton of cooking. None of that was a huge deal to me for the short-term because the family was great and the price was right. Check it out!
