Monon Yard is a quickly developing neighborhood with lots of attractions and new homes being built up around. We are just a mile north of the new Bottleworks district if you take the Monon bike trail. If you take the bike trail north, there is a new concert beer and barbecue spot called Monon 30. Great, communicative host!
This home is the perfect landing spot for a solo traveler who is open to adventures! The host, T, is very communicative and was quick to address any needs I had prior to and after moving in. The other roommates in the house are very kind and were so welcoming to me when I first got to Indy, showing me around and really taking me in. During my stay, I worked night shift at a local hospital and the other tenants were very respectful to my sleep and schedule. The location of the house itself is incredible, so close to any and everything. Would definitely recommend!
