Matt was the most responsive and proactive host. Never had to wait if there was an issue, and was thoughtful and went the extra step for the whole stay!

I would 100% stay here again

I had such an amazing stay at Matt’s place during my travel nurse assignment. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly for me. I also had my two elderly parents with me for part of my stay, and he went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable… which honestly meant everything to me. The house itself was absolutely beautiful…spacious, clean, and even better than expected. It truly felt like a home away from home, and there was more than enough space for all of us to relax and settle in comfortably. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. What really stood out was how attentive and accommodating Matt was. Anytime I needed anything, he was quick to help and always so easy to communicate with. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this place, especially for anyone traveling for work or with family. Thank you again, Matt, for such a wonderful experience!

Great place, and it was well-stocked

Great place, and it was so well-stocked. The privacy-fenced yard was great for my dogs. Neighborhood seems quiet. Garage is a little narrow with no remote, but I managed to get my car in without issue. Had some super minor issues/questions come up, and Matt answered them all clearly and quickly--which is appreciated. Note that the stairs do not have rails, so if you need rails, just keep that in mind. Very cute place and very much appreciated the office space on the first floor!

Great location, in a quiet area and in a nice neighborhood; fantastic house with a great garden and spaces also for working.

Goes Above and Beyond for You

The most important thing about this place is Matt - if you ever have anything you need addressed or going wrong, he will not only reply quickly, he will also go above and beyond to see you have what you need and work with you on any concerns you have. He even sent me a care package to get me through a nasty illness. Truly a stand-up guy, would book again with him in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Place, Nice Big and Comfortable Beds/Sheets

Beautiful place, nice big and comfortable beds/sheets, spacious with lots of natural light throughout. The kitchen is fully equiped with quality appliances, pots/pans/dishware. The outside area is big, private and very peaceful. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood. I stayed there with my family and had a great time. It felt like home. Matt's restaurants recommendations were spot on, lots of delicious food nearby.

Would Definitely Stay Again

This is my second long term stay with M and it has been great. He always responds quickly and assists as needed. The house is in a great neighborhood and we would definitely stay again.
