Beautiful One Bedroom Condo with two private balconies

A great option for travelers in Denver! The neighborhood is nice and very safe, the pool during the summer was an awesome perk as well. It had everything we needed! Luann is a very kind and responsive landlord. Would recommend!

The space is exactly how it appears in the photos. Easy access to 225. With the highway being so close, outside noise was not a problem at all, but the neighbors at the time were quite loud. Covered off-street parking was included, which was really nice because of the random weather. Loved that it was a second floor, two level condo with two private balconies, views of the golf course. This is a newly renovated space with some things still being fixed up and random maintenance issues, but L was quick to have someone out to fix any real problem. I recommend talking through the contract and any additional fees with L before signing or putting down a security deposit, just to have a solid understanding with each other. She is timely with communication. I recommend this Furnished Finder.
