I stayed here with my late cat and this place will forever hold a special place in my heart. I honestly will miss staying here. I'm a current travel nurse and the location was perfect to the hospital I worked at, close to areas to explore, and a selection of grocery stores you could go to. Michael is an amazing landlord! Quickly responded to any questions/concerns I had, and overall loved how he decorated the place! Thank you for making it feel like home to me and Tater Tot!

Clean and comfortable!

Loved this place! Very spacious, cozy, clean, and in a friendly and safe neighborhood. 7 mins away from Costco and Fry's, 4 mins to gym, and close to other places to visit for weekend trips! Landlord was awesome. Super responsive and interested in making the stay pleasant for tenants. Could not recommend this place enough!

Travel Nurse Stay

This unit is great, it really felt like home by the time I left. All the appliances function fantastic, as well as the internet and AC. The area is pretty quiet, even for someone that works nights. It's right next to Banner Desert, and about a 10-15 minute drive to Gateway. The location is nice, being super close to an Albertson's and a Target. It's also pretty central to anything you'd want to do in Arizona. The host M, is very timely with communication and was always a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend the unit enough, and would try to stay here again if I ever come back to Arizona.

Unit was as expected - clean, comfortable, and updated. The landlord was responsive to issues and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Clean and spacious!

This was the perfect spot for my 3 month stay in Arizona! The unit was clean, bright, spacious and came equipped with everything I needed making it super convenient. The unit was recently renovated, all the appliances and features were in great condition. M was super helpful and responsive. I didnt experience any issues in the unit while I was there, the community is quiet, neighbors were very friendly and I felt safe being there as a single woman. The unit is in a convenient location close to the highway, it was really easy for me to head to the mountains to hike or to downtown on the weekends. I recommend!
