Its a beautiful spot, with a lovely apartment. The heating cant keep up if it gets below 20F. There was a lot of gaslighting going on from repair folks and the owner as to the cause of the heating issues, but who cares because the provided space heater solved it. I spent a huge amount of time and effort on cleaning when I left so there would be a minimum of work for housekeeping, and got charged $750 in extra cleaning fees. (That pays someone $20/h for a week- I would have had to trash it for that much) Make sure you take video when you leave so you can dispute the charges.
