Homey Apartment with Amazing Landlords

I cant say enough good things about my apartment in Ansonia. Charmaine and Troy are amazing kind, responsive, and genuinely care about their tenants. Anytime I needed something, they handled it right away. The apartment felt like home from day one cozy, clean, and full of thoughtful touches that make it special. The location is great too: you can walk downtown for good food and live music, and there are plenty of takeout options like Vietnamese, Thai, Wingstop, and pizza. BJs and the grocery store are about seven minutes away, and its only 25 minutes to New Haven with easy highway access to Waterbury. One of the best places Ive ever lived!

Beautiful apartment

Such a beautiful apartment! So spacious, and they really thought of ways to make the apartment feel like a second home. Everything you could think of needing when doing a travel assignment is there. Also not too far from Yale New Haven- the commute was very easy, about 20-25 mins. The neighborhood is safe and not busy, which was nice especially because Im traveling with my puppy. Also, Chami is very prompt when answering texts! Always heard back within the hour.

Quaint and Cozy

I had a great experience staying in this quaint and cozy apartment in Ansonia, CT while working at Yale New Haven Hospital. The place was clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. I especially enjoyed having off street parking and being so close to shopping and restaurants. The host has really set the apartment up to be a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience

Hello! I am a travel nurse and had the pleasure of staying at this location for 3 months. Its a great apartment, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I loved the sense of security in the area. The apartment was very beautiful, clean and well furnished. It was genuinely very cozy and peaceful. Perfect place to come to after work and be able to relax peacefully. The landlords were amazing, very pleasant, accommodating, and always easy to reach. I had no issues during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place to stay!

Wonderful stay

I found this property last minute when another property fell through. C was very kind and very professional and was able to get me into the apartment in 2 days. The apartment was clean and cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. Always felt safe. All the necessities for an apartment were there. I never had any problems reaching her for anything. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.

A Wonderful place

This place has everything you need from kitchenware, private bathroom, good wifi and wonderful landlords! C and T are very good, they make sure you have everything that you need. The place is located in a quite neighborhood, and we felt safe walking to downtown Ansonia. Thank you C and T for a great place to stay.

Great home away from home

This property is outstanding! I wish there were more stars to give. It has a lot of light during the day and you can close the blinds and curtains to block out most of the light if you work night shift. The owners are very honest and decent people who care about their property and their tenants. It's a great home away from home! I really enjoy my stay here!
