    VENICE BEACH: my wife Charlotte & I have one large modern studio with patio and fireplace & one smaller studio for rent in a garden setting on our property. We are ideally located on a quiet residential street with trees in a prime location of Venice and the property has a fence all around it with a secured entry door from the street.
