Comfortable and nice landlord

This is a basement apartment the owner lives upstairs. He was very nice and accommodating. He would frequently check in by text to see if I needed anything. Such a kind soul. The property was clean and close to the highway. Very close to Brighton and 20 min from lakeside. Downtown very close so easy to go into city. The ceiling was thin so some noise but not after 10p so if you work days not a problem at all. I work nights but had my ear plugs and no issue. Dan offered help with whatever I needed if I needed. And did his best to make this a great stay for me. Best landlord Ive had so far

Great 3 month stay!

I was in Omaha for a summer internship and stayed here. D is amazing! He is very friendly and attentive. Whenever we needed something he was only a text away. He even worked out a solution with me so that I could bring my ESA cat with me. I have had a lot of landlords over the last few years and D is the kindest and most on top of it of them all! I highly recommend staying here for short or long-term stays.
