Originally posted this is November, but I don't see it, so I'll write it again- I rented a lovely room from Donald in the fall of 2024 and had a great experience. Donald is an incredibly kind and responsive landlord. The property is nicely maintained and clean. Easy access to laundry onsite and freeways nearby. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for cleanly and convenient place to stay.

GREAT property!!
I stayed at Donald's property on the 3rd floor of this beautiful home for 3 months this fall. The property had everything I needed and was a very comfortable stay. I loved how close it is to the hospital as I was easily able to walk there instead of driving for my whole contract. Donald was super responsive and always made sure everything was taken care of. I felt very safe staying in this home. Thank you so much Donald!!!
