This was a blessing!!! Beautiful spot!

I moved from Los Angeles last year to the east coast but when I got a job and needed a place to live back in LA for work. I needed something in budget and I found the bonita casita. :) First I want to say that Rene and Rosalina are so amazing. I honestly felt like apart of their family. They are amazing people and I felt completely safe and comfortable while staying in their Casita. The space was everything and more! A full kitchen so I could meal prep ample. You can tell that the casita was made with love. They also made it where there is a good amount of storage. The temp was always nice inside and they have such a lovely backyard with tables and seats. I was able to take advantage of it and write and chill on the weekend. This was such a blessing I am so grateful for my stay here. I am extremely thankful for Rene and Rosalina and I would highly suggest staying here if you're in need. I already told them if I need to work again I will def reach out to return! :)

Lovely Casita

I absolutely loved the casita! It was perfect for what I needed and it was so nice having a kitchen. The neighborhood was nice, easy parking in the cul de sac and it was close to most everything. The couple who rents it are amazing, so nice and easy to communicate with. I loved my time there and if I ever come back to the area I will definitely rent the casita again.

Amazing

Not enough words to express how perfect this Casita was for me. The space is clean, neat and had everything I needed. The owners are amazing. Very quick to respond and respectful of my sleeping during the day. The most friendly host I have ever had. The location is perfect with great walking area. Never questioned my safety while staying here.

Best 3 months!!

This is a wonderful little spot. Everything about the Casita was just perfect. I absolutely loved the neighborhood, everything you need is conveniently close. The Hosts are exceptional! Just a really great couple with a beautiful family. If I am ever in need of a rental in the area again Rosalina will be my first call!

Amazing Unit!!

Ive stayed at the casita for about 2 months now (will be 3 months by the end of my contract). Ive lived in my fair share of ADUs, studios, or apartments, but this has to be my favorite unit that Ive rented. It is completely private and has everything you could ever need. You can tell the landlords really put a lot of love and thought into the casita. Kitchen supplies, AC/heat, clean private bathroom, washer and dryer (the landlords let you use their washer/dryer in their garage), tv, couch, parking, storage spaceits all here. It checked off all my boxes and I only wish I could have stayed here longer! The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and super close to anywhere youd wanna go to in LA. Close to a lot of grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, quick bites, Costco etc. Lastly, the landlords are such nice people and quick to respond to any questions I had. If youre taking a contract around the area (there are a few providence hospitals close by) dont hesitate to book here.
