Great place, Safe, close to a lot!

I am a traveling healthcare worker and this place was perfect. It was good sized, comfortable, quiet, great location the back yard was a plus for my dog. Easy checkin the Landlord was so attentive and great with communication. Will definitely come back here on my next contract.

The stay at this property was nothing but pleasant and comfortable. The property manager/ owner was really accommodating, flexible. The kitchen is super equipped. The bed was comfortable and the space was clean. The ac unit and water supply services are top notch! The neighbourhood was safe no concerns during my stay! Overall would absolutely recommend for anyone who is working in the medical district

Great place in Memphis

This is a great and safe place to stay while in Memphis. I was there with my two pets and it was perfect for us. It is an apartment in a qudraplex but the neighbors are super friendly, plenty of space outside as well as inside. Nice location as well.
