Best landlord ever!

Kevin is amazing! In an area where decent housing is hard to find, he was a Godsent! He has a very nice place in a quiet neighborhood thats still close to all stores and gym and near local hospitals. He has great studios, he takes care of you, if you need anything, just ask him. I loved my stay at Kevin's place. The appliances were brand new, there was off street parking, the neighbors were friendly. I would come back anyday and would recommend him to anyone! Great place! Had an amazing 3 months. Thank you Kevin!

A Nice Quiet Place

This is a large old house restored to use and with modern conveniences on a hill in Methuen, close to the highway (less than a mile). It is very quiet and in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord is pretty much never around unless you actually need him to be. Just ask and most things are easily provided. There's a kitchen, laundry downstairs, even a living room area most folks never use. The bedrooms are different sized, the larger ones (which yes are a little more $) are decent sized depending upon how you set up the room. If you're the kind of person to just go about your business and do your thing, it's a good place. Wi-Fi is free and utilities are included. The only thing that MIGHT give someone a bit of apprehension is the bathrooms are shared, but I've been here six months and never had a problem. You will have housemates you see the day they move in and the day they leave - and that's about it. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for temporary housing.
