A steal in Santa Clara

This apartment is definitely a steal in lower bay area! The pictures do not do justice on how big the property is! Its essentially a 2-bedroom+living room apartment. Laundry availability was also a plus! Also the location is very near Kaiser. If you're a traveling health care provider, you do not have to bring your car because Kaiser is just a 25-min walk! Highly recommend this property!

Traveller Ready!

I am a traveling nurse, and the location's proximity to Kaiser Hospital, Santa Clara, CA., could not have been more convenient. Commute took less than 10 minutes. My husband is a researcher and travels with me, so there were two of us living here. The apartment is a very spacious and comfortable, 2 bedroom (1 bedroom + 1 office), and 1 bath, unit. A private laundry area (W/D) is accessed via the kitchenette . There is no shared space with the owners. The kitchenette proved sufficient to our needs. Regarding a past tenant's complaint about noise, we have stayed in many apartment complexes in the Bay Area, and there is bound to be some sound carried through shared walls. However, it wasn't enough for us to complaint about in this situation. We found the rent to be a good value compared to other housing options in this area. The landlords were pleasant to deal with. Responsive to our needs, and they respected our privacy. We recommend this apartment, especially for Traveling Nurses.

Great place to stay!

I am currently travel nursing and just extended my stay because of how great this place is. I have one bedroom and an office, full living room, kitchen, washer, and dryer. The owner/landlords are very good people who both give me privacy and are responsive if I need anything from them. Highly recommend!

Not worth price

Its not with the price. As a traveling nurse, privacy is a non negotiable, dealing with people everyday. Spend the extra money to stay at a nice place. The space is connected to the landlords home by two doors. I could hear them discuss, hear the garage open and close (the bedroom is right above)and smell every time they were cooking. I had to text them every item I wanted to use the washing machine in their garage. I finally reached out and let them know everything that was bothering me, but the landlord was not understanding at all. I could not get out of my lease asap. Spend the extra money. I hope this honest review helps you out. The other review seems very dishonest.

Nice, cozy and conveniently located

Very spacey and cozy unit has a big office and everything you need for a comfortable living. The location is super convenient within 5 min driving to 280 and Lawrence, and a short walk to Safeway and two shopping plazas with nice restaurants and a new coffee shop. The host is very friendly, helpful and responsive, and easy to communicate with. Overall, comfortable and reasonably priced unit in the Bay Area with its high cost of living.
