We are in the heart of town (Old Town, Nob Hill, UNM north campus, Sawmill Market) where the best restaurants, shops, museums, galleries, breweries and entertainment are located. Get there by car or bicycle! Mountain Road, a city designated bike path (max 18 mph), takes you to the river trail for walking or biking. Great Property, Great Location!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! Cristina is wonderful! She is attentive, helpful, and very responsive, without being intrusive. The grounds are well maintained, and maintenance requests are quickly addressed. The property itself is within a small compound, but set away from the others so there's still plenty of privacy. There is a private parking area with a gate, for added security. The proximity to UNM can't be beat for anyone working there, it's even in walking distance on a nice day. The casita has plenty of space for one person, we had two people and space wasn't an issue. Both main highways are very close to allow easy commute to anywhere else in Albuquerque.

I recently stayed at this wonderful 1-bedroom casita in downtown Albuquerque, NM, and I highly recommend it. I cannot say enough great things about it or the owner! The property and yard are meticulously maintained, with an electric gate and secure fencing that made me feel very safe. The casita is spacious, featuring full-sized appliances, including a washer and dryer. The property manager has thought of everything, from an outdoor grill to a rice cooker. The deck is gorgeous and relaxing. The bathroom offers plenty of shelving for storage, and the large bedroom, complete with an attached office, provides space to relax and work. The location is perfect, close to all the downtown attractions, making it a convenient home base for any visit. It's close to all 3 downtown hospitals. I loved my stay and will definitely book this property again when I return to Albuquerque.
Very Cozy 1 bedroom
C was a wonderful host and brought us multiple delicious baked goods! She was quick to respond and helpful with any maintenance that came up. Grounds keeper was also wonderful and responsive. The pictures are accurate, there is a small den in the back of the house in addition to the bedroom. Perfect size one bedroom with the essentials. Property and location are very safe and secure with gated driveway being a nice bonus feature. Great location in the city central to the city and suburbs! Would definitely recommend staying here in Albuquerque!
