Perfect place to stay!

I stayed with Susan a few months and it was a great experienced with me. The home is as described and I had all amenities I needed. It was clean and her cat was so lovely ! Highly recommended !

Lovely stay

The apartment is both beautiful and in the ideal location for someone who loves the lake and needs to take the L every day. Several tasty restaurants close by, quiet street and quiet building with a sweet back patio to barbecue, garden, and lounge. I loved my stay here, Susan is very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 place!!

Perfect location, cozy property

This is a perfect location in Rogers Park, close to beach, restaurants, grocery, transit, Loyola. The condo is on the top floor so no noisy upstairs neighbors. Cozy side street. Condo has everything you need, nice design, and plenty of space. I was very fortunate to find S and she was very accommodating!

Stay by the lake

S is a lovely host. There is a kitty, but she usually stays away from common areas and is not a bother at all. The room is exactly as described and has everything you need. 5 stars! Please note, it's on the 3rd floor and no elevator, if that's an issue for you, but it was fine for me

Great apartment and location

The apartment is really niceclean, spacious, and pleasant. The host is friendly and great in a share. The neighborhood is safe and convenient, with lots of good food and transit options nearby. Quiet block. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.
