Perfect Spot

This studio was the perfect spot for my 3 month stay in OC! I loved all the new updated appliances/finishes, everything was so nicely done. There are a lot of windows that let in the beautiful California sunlight. I worked nights and had no trouble sleeping during the day as the neighborhood was very quiet. Love that the large TV swings out from the wall so you can watch in bed or on the couch. Having both AC and heating in the unit was also a really nice perk. And being able to park in the driveway right outside my private front door was great! K & K were very friendly and responsive :) I would definitely stay here again!

The best studio and landlords!

I stayed at this property during an extension of my travel assignment. The studio was adorable and completely remodeled- and had everything I needed! K and K were wonderful landlords who were very communicative and helpful. The location was very safe and quiet. I am so glad I stayed here and 100% would recommend this property and stay here again. Thank you K and K!!

Truly Amazing!!

This place is truly amazing. New, very clean, modern, cozy, everything was wonderfully prepared in the room. the neighborhood was safe, quiet, and there is a cute little park where I did a quick walk almost everyday when I am off. The location was so close to highways and lots of restaurants near by. Most of all, the property hosts are absolutely wonderful. They made sure that I was doing okay and had everything I need. I just wish I stayed longer here. If I ever get to work in this area again, I would love to come back to this place to live. I would highly recommend to anyone!
