Cute Apartment

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Erna is a very responsive and easy to communicate with host. While it might seem to be on the smaller side, this apartment has everything you need, not to mention a beautiful bathroom. The neighbors were also nice and its a nice area to walk in. 100% would recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful stay!

This was the perfect size for just one person in my opinion! The shower was awesome, the A/C and heater both worked great, and I loved having a private yard area. If any issue arose, Erna was quick to respond to get it handled which is so very appreciated! If you cook, the home is stocked with bakeware and cooking utensils. There are dishes available for use, and a dishrack provided since you will have to handwash. It was a lovely clean stay, and I highly recommend!

Amazing Stay!

This place was amazing! Very clean and modern, strong AC and comfortable bed. E was an incredible host! There were a few minor issues that happened during our 3 month stay and she handled and fixed them immediately. E is very responsive and replies very quickly. The bathroom is super modern with great water pressure. I really enjoyed the private backyard space and its a perfect spot to watch the full moons. The home came fully stocked with everything we needed: coffee maker, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and a full set of pots and pans which I used often to cook. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice clean place to live. Thank you E for your amazing hospitality!! 10/10

Lovely Apartment

I stayed at the apartment for a 13 week travel contract and enjoyed my stay. Place was close to the city and most hospitals in Austin. Owner is also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for a single person or a couple. Lastly, it's newly renovated and very clean!
