Excellent apartment for any traveler

I've had 3 travel assignments so far and I can say this was by far my favorite place I've lived. I travel alone so having an extra bedroom for friends and family was really nice, multiple parking spots too! The owners were very kind and personable and were quick to fix anything and answer any questions I had. Location is a close walk to VCU and there are those e-scooters everywhere if you're comfortable riding one. If you like going out at night there are plenty of inclusive bars within walking distance. The decor is very modern and inviting with that old fashion feel of living in an old city. There is a local grocery store (S's) less than a block away where I could pick up some groceries grab a coffee, a sandwich, and a fresh dinner delivered to the store daily. One thing to consider before renting: Both beds are upstairs, if you have bad knees or struggle with steep steps you should take a tour before moving in. The railing is helpful though, I had no trouble. 10/10 loved it.
