Amazing Stay

Lynda was honestly so sweet and kind and the property is amazing as a needed long term stay. She’s caring and checks in when needed. Always announces when she’s coming in. If needed I would definitely come back and stay.

Highly Recommend this Comfortable, Safe, and Welcoming Rental

I had an absolutely wonderful 7 months stay and can’t say enough good things about this place or Lynda. From the very beginning, Lynda went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, even bringing homemade banana bread when the smoke detector needed new batteries. The space was incredibly comfortable, private, and thoughtfully furnished; it truly felt like a home away from home. As a woman, I always felt very safe here, which made my long-term stay even better. The location was perfect, super close to Hyde Park for walking to coffee and near Bayshore Blvd for beautiful runs or walks. Any questions or needs were met with kindness and prompt help, making my stay completely stress-free. I’m so grateful for the care and hospitality and would highly recommend this rental.

Best Location

Lynda is truly the best host! I've had the pleasure of staying in both of her units, and each time she goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel right at home. Her newest one-bedroom space has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was genuinely excited to move in - the kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room is a cozy spot to relax. The bedroom is spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed, and the bathroom is beautifully done, offering plenty of storage and a fantastic shower. Lynda herself is warm, easy to talk to, and always ready with great recommendations for things to do around the Tampa area. What I miss most is the location - just blocks from Hyde Park's main street and the scenic Bayshore Blvd. I highly recommend staying in any of Lynda's spaces on your next trip to Tampa. You won't be disappointed!

My favorite property of all time. Lynda is a gracious host and responds immediately to any questions or issues. The space is amazing, clean, well thought out, and quiet. The neighborhood is one of a kind in Tampa. Blocks to the Bay and Hyde Park Village. A++++ in walkability and extremely safe and beautiful. Love it!.

Cute space in a convenient location!

Such a cute and cozy space in Hyde Park. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the landlady was very accommodating to my needs and was very easy to communic)ate with (and she is super cool!). I didn't have a car while I was staying here, but I could easily walk to Hyde Park Village (coffee shops, work spaces, and shopping 5 minutes away), groceries were about a 15 minute walk for me, and Tampa General was about an 18 minute walk which I felt very comfortable and safe making that walk in the early morning and at night. The neighborhood is very beautiful and feels very safe, I took walks frequently, and bayshore boulevard is also about a 10 minute walk away. Would highly recommend this property, I'd absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much L! : )

Wonderful place and experience

I spent 6 weeks here and my stay was more than excellent. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the furniture, appliances, and equipment were all in excellent condition, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a small, beautiful yard where one can enjoy the pleasant weather, further enhancing the comfort and convenience of living here. The property is ideally located in a secure neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants, Bayshore (perfect for seaside runs), and downtown Tampa. Whether you're here to explore the city or for work purposes, staying in this house will offer a fantastic experience. What made my stay truly wonderful was the owner, Ms. L. She was very polite, friendly, and considerate, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. She responded promptly to any inquiries I had and respected my privacy with consideration. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
