Quiet unit located near area hospitals

Not as it appears to be!! DO NOT!!

For starters, we recently relocated from Jersey. We were looking for a month to month initially but this one had the option to be more long term, if desired. Well , problems started with a back of the sewage that was coming up through the opening in the basement. The owner claimed it was caused by a feminine product that a previous tenant flushed. Next, dirty bedding with hair and dry semen on the sheets and comforters, including the sectional downstairs, sinking mattresses. She did have someone come over to clean the sofa that day. Since we moved from 2 different households, of course we do have our pets plus my daughter had her pets. The pets were clean and kept supervised. When we found a permanent place, this lady becomes upset that we needed to leave sooner from a temporary home. She blocked me when I asked about my deposit. My important mail was left there. Oh the toilet backed up twice more. Don't stay at this place longer than a few days! Owner is very unprofessional.
