Great Experience

Landlord was very accommodating. House etiquette was always respectful and the living environment felt comfortable and right at home. The animals were all well behaved and the house was always clean enough to forget that they even lived there. Nice location, all the amenities, would be my first choice to stay in the area again.

Felt right at home!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The room was very comfortable, and Alex was thoughtful in ensuring I had ample space in both the kitchen and refrigerator, which made day-to-day living convenient and enjoyable. Alex and her daughter were exceptionally welcoming, creating an environment where I immediately felt at home. I also appreciated the presence of the pets. While I am not typically a cat person, Taco and Nacho were friendly and well-behaved, and I had no difficulty maintaining my personal space when needed. Gretyl was equally sweet and added to the warm atmosphere of the home. The location was also very convenient, with an easy commute to Manchester each morning. There was a Hannaford just five minutes down the road, as well as a Trader Joe’s nearby, which made grocery shopping simple and accessible. Overall, this was a comfortable and inviting place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Enjoyed my stay!

Alexandra and her daughter were great hosts. We got along well with each other and even socialized together. We did several outdoor activities like hiking the Flume Gorge and riding the Mount Washington Cog Railway, etc. I had an awesome adventurous experience! I worked in two different locations - Manchester and Concord. The lower price of the rental was worth the drive. I am an animal person and enjoyed the company of Taco and Nacho. I would let them in my bedroom. They would sometimes sit on my lap or curl up on my bed, which I enjoyed. I had no issues with any of the pets.

The basic needs were met

Pros: safe neighborhood, close to the gym and grocery stores, strong WiFi, no parking issues, quick door dash/uber eats deliveries, lots of closet space in the bedroom Cons: constant cat hair in the common spaces, the cats are intrusive and jump on the countertops, very cold bathroom in the winter, not an entirely friendly or welcoming stay, too far from work, construction
