When you enter the apartment, you see the open space for the leather, 2 recliner sofa, with a round table top, a cabinet containing a faux fireplace with logs w/remote, large screen tv, a kitchen area w/tall eating table for 2, modern appliances, fridge/water and ice dispenser, large cook top stove, large microwave, cookware, dishes, cups, plates, etc. Tile floors throughout the living area allow for easy cleaning and maintenance. Enclosed laundry area has modern, full size washer and dryer, no need for trips to laundromat. The modern bath boasts full size, step-in shower with rain like head, stool and sink with large mirror. Quite & Beautiful Location

I took a contract in Arizona at the beginning of the year. I chose this property based on how new and beautiful it looked in the pictures, and Im so happy I did. L was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I have never had such a wonderful experience in my travel career. My contract started before the apartment was fully ready, and she was willing to let me move in early and went above and beyond to get the apartment ready in anticipation of me moving in early. This property is in the perfect location as well. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. It is also in close distance to shopping, food, and grocery centers. I brought my dog with me, and she installed a doggy door which was extremely helpful since I work long hours. There is also a beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains in the backyard. Lots of hiking trails close by. I cant say enough good things about Loretta and her family, they really made me feel welcome and like it was my home away from home.
