Private entrance - clean, quiet and great location

Comfortable and Well-Maintained Apartment

I had a wonderful long-term stay here and highly recommend this Furnished Finder property. The apartment is comfortable, well lit, and thoughtfully set up for extended stays, with sturdy blinds that allow for complete blackout and great rest. The shared kitchen is fully stocked and always clean, and the shared laundry is consistently available. The landlord does an excellent job managing schedules so there are never conflicts. The location is extremely convenient, within walking distance to pharmacies, coffee shops, Aldi, and the metro station. There is also access to a lovely deck in the backyard, which is a great bonus. Most importantly, the landlord is an amazing personvery positive, kind, and accommodatingand truly goes above and beyond to make tenants feel comfortable. This is a clean, well-managed, and welcoming place, and I would gladly stay here again

L made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She was always considerate and approachable. The neighborhood was walkable, transit was convenient and there were great restaurants nearby. Getting into DC was also convenient from here. Id happily stay again given the opportunity
