Comfortable and Convenient Stay

I stayed in this room for three months over the summer, and it was a fantastic experience. The room had plenty of space and was fully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. It was also stocked with all the necessities I needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding, which made settling in seamless and stress-free. The private entrance and dedicated parking spot in the driveway were such convenient features, adding an extra layer of privacy and ease. The property was quiet, making it a great place to relax or focus on work. Its location was also idealclose to many places to eat and shop, which made running errands or dining out a breeze. R and L were exceptional hosts. They were always available and very prompt in addressing any issues or concerns that came up during my stay. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made the experience even better. This room was everything I hoped for: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

my little sanctuary

R and L were awesome hosts and some of the best people I've ever met. They welcomed me warmly into their home the moment I arrived. This apartment was very clean and it had everything I could ever need during my long term stay. R was super accommodating and always made sure that I was comfortable and safe. I also loved using the induction stove because I do a lot of cooking. The space felt like my home away from home and my little sanctuary every day after I got home from work. I would 100% consider staying here again if I'm ever back in the Tampa area.

Excellent and convenient for military members

I cannot speak highly enough of this property and of R. It is perfect for anyone working at the Air Force base. Whether PCSing, TDY, this has everything you need. Its situated in R's attic, with its own private access. R and his wife (and their sweet dog) were very welcoming. He spent time showing me all the features od the property. Laundry, closet space, storage, telework amenities, all the kitchen utilities you could ask for. The bed was really comfortable. The place is sound proof so i never worried about being too loud when watching a movie or playing music. I had as much or as little interaction with the hosts as i wanted. Easy commute to the base and to a nearby Bodega and convenience stores. Super safe neighborhood and friendly neighbors who look out for each other. To top it off, cant beat the price! Well within BAH range. My only regret is that i didnt find this place sooner. R is very professional and adaptable. Your search for a short term stay ends here!

Home Away from Home

Stayed for a few months for a contract at AH Tampa and I didnt mind the longer commute because it was such a great stay. -Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to everything youll need (like a Starbucks that is open at 5:30am) -Though the unit is connected to the home it is private and quiet. -Clean, tidy & has everything you need. -Hosts were very nice & kind people and it was a pleasure to have met them & their dog was the sweetest which was a welcome distraction after a long day at work. One of the best places Ive stayed at on FF and I have stayed at quite a few. As a host and traveler Id recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place in the Tampa area.

Excellent Rental

This place was ideal for a several month stay. It was in perfect condition and I could tell that every detail was thought through. R & L are incredible hosts and very cool people. I consider them (and their yellow lab, S) friends and would recommend their place to anyone. 5 Stars +.
