Great Apartment in Amazing Location

Stayed here for five months and had a great experience! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and within easy walking distance of all the bars and restaurants on Roscoe St. The apartment itself is clean, thoughtfully furnished, and genuinely cozy. It’s clear that care went into making it feel like a real home rather than just a rental. The backyard is a nice bonus; it’s well-kept and a perfect spot to spend time on nicer days. Meredith & Dave are great and super responsive. Would recommend for anyone looking for a furnished option in the area!

West lakeview house

This place is great! It's right by Hamlin park, which includes tennis courts, a play ground and a swimming pool! There are also always scooters and divvy bikes here that can get you to the beach, wrigglyville, wicker park or downtown in about 15-20mins! Belmont and Roscoe village are less than a mile walk away as well. Another good thing about this place is that it includes the whole first floor of the house with laundry included and a dishwasher! The landlords are really nice and respectful and they let me extend my lease twice! Also there is free parking!

Comfortable Nest in Chicago

This property was a perfect cozy nest for my family over a winter Chicago weekend. Great location, easy free parking, and very home- like. The owners were attentive and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay!! Meredith and her husband are the nicest hosts and welcomed us into their home making sure we had everything we needed. The place was the perfect size and we enjoyed having two bedrooms for our family of 3. The washing machine and dryer were a big plus! We loved the neighborhood - quiet, safe and walkable, with great local spots to explore nearby. Our daughter loved the park and playground that's nearby. Free street parking too which is usually rare to find! It was the perfect base for our visit to Chicago, and wed definitely stay here again!

Terrific Stay in Chicago

We had a terrific stay at this well maintained and very clean property. The kitchen had all the items you need to cook at home which we did most of the time. It is in a great location with a park nearby on a more quiet street which is not a cut through for traffic, The HVAC system was fantastic and could cool or warm a room in minutes. The owners promptly responded to any of our questions or concerns and they were a pleasure to work with. My wife and I would stay here again if she were to take another contract in Chicago. The street parking availability at this unit was outstanding. If you are looking for an affordable, clean, and quiet space in Chicago near just about everything then you should try to stay here.

We felt right at home at M & D lovely apartment which is nicely furnished, well-equipped, quiet and clean. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and helpful. They were so gracious in accommodating our son that came for a short visit. The little flowering garden at the entrance is colourful and welcoming and Gus the beautiful, curious cat added to the homey feeling ... The residential neighbourhood is safe, a beautiful green park and the river are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much; we will definitely come again to this place and recommend it to our friends too.
