Great Location, Great Landlord

I had a wonderful stay! Tracy was a fantastic landlord-welcoming, accommodating, and great to work with throughout my stay. The location was especially convenient. I work in the medical technology field and support equipment installations and service locations throughout the Denver area, so having this location with easy access to so many parts of the city was a huge plus. It also gave me the opportunity to explore Denver and Colorado during my downtime. My husband and a friend both came to visit during my stay, and they agreed that the location was excellent. Having grocery stores, restaurants, and Swedish Medical Center all within walking distance made everything incredibly convenient. Place itself had all the amenities needed to make this a home away from home. Overall, this was a great place to stay for both work and leisure. I would absolutely recommend Tracy's place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. I would happily stay here again!

Home Away From Home

This space was TRULY unmatched to any place that we have stayed before. It had all the amenities that we needed, homey, plenty of parking, very safe neighborhood, and access to all the cutest parks in Englewood all by foot! Kathy & Tracy are very responsive landlords, so any problems that arose they were quick to troubleshoot. They also are also so inclusive, especially as it can be lonely at times as a traveler. They quickly became our home away from home, something that my husband and I will always cherish. I highly recommend this space for you.

Lovely stay in Colorado

Traci was a wonderful host! The studio was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Everything was thoughtfully provided, and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is great with walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying with Traci and would happily stay again!
