Great stay at an affordable price

Had an awesome stay here with my dog. Very conveniently close to the Santos trails for biking and nearby trails for walking the dog. You do need to drive to get groceries or go out to eat, as nothing like that is a walkable distance. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The owner was accommodating and easy to reach if there were any questions. The neighborhood felt safe and the use of the garage was great for bike and paddle boards.

Fantastic Home, Great Neighborhood, Accommodating Landlord!

We stayed here with our dog for four months, and the home was fantastic. Any minor problems we had were quickly solved with swift communication from the landlord. Neighborhood was great for walking the dog, and back yard was very nice. 10/10 would stay again!

Be wary when renting this property

The listing states that A/C is included but the owner keeps the house thermostat set at 80+ degrees which is uncomfortable for anyone not used to Florida weather. The owner has a small dog that is very loud to announce all entries and exits to the private bedroom area. The owner will try to use many different reasons to not refund security deposit.
