Lovely rental convenient location

This paired villa is in a newer gated community just outside the Venice city limits. The location is close to the Interstate and shopping. The amenities are excellent with a large heated pool, well equipped gym and club house that hosts some social gatherings. The unit is very close to the clubhouse and mailboxes. The landlord and agent are very and responsive to requests. It has plenty of room and a nice garage. Pool toys provided. They kindly approved our pet with no additional fee. I would have given 5 stars but I am picky and found the primary bedroom mattress was way too soft, the application process was arduous and there noise from the highway could be loud if you were on the lanai. Price is reasonable!
